I try to create a space that feels steady, grounded, and relational, where you don’t have to hold yourself together or come with neat answers. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, intersectional, and queer-affirmative care, and I often work with queer and trans individuals and women exploring themes of identity, trauma, and relationships. In our sessions, I draw from narrative, embodied, and feminist approaches, allowing things to flow intuitively - sometimes reflective, sometimes grounding, always human.
