My therapeutic approach is eclectic, allowing me to draw on a range of techniques and perspectives to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process that helps individuals feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow. My work involves supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and various other intrapersonal and interpersonal difficulties.
