My work has primarily been with adults (18 to 45 years) with concerns like anxiety disorders, depression, burnout, complex trauma, personality and relational difficulties, and identity and gender related struggles. I am a published researcher interested in issues of gender, politics, and its intersection with psychology, particularly psychoanalytic thought. Outside of work, I enjoy befriending cats, going on walks, cooking, having tea, writing, and reading non fiction. Read more
