I specialize in child development, emotional regulation, and relationship well-being, blending approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based therapy to help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence. I aim to create a safe, comforting, and judgment-free space where thoughts can be untangled, emotions can be understood, and change feels possible.
